I can't believe that a blog entry takes so much thinking about. When it comes to it my head is so stuffed full that I can't take the lid off for fear of an explosion. The books are there, piled up in my studio, waiting, I keep dipping in to them and getting absorbed in to the pages but these books, unselected by me just are not turning me on. There are a few but what do I do with the rest? Will explore the nature of book as object.
Have been looking at alphabets, bifur and the bauhaus in particular. I just love this integrated graphic.

Hi Jane -what is it about blogs. Do people ever read them ? If so why don't they ever leave comments ! Well just to prove that I do read them and every now and then I leave a comment - here is mine !
My comment is : I like the website - I like the blog too ! With regard the towers of books - it comes with the territory ! Henry Moore ended up with nine studios. I'm not sure how many books he owned or whether his book collection forced him to get more and moore studios. In my case this is almost the case !
